Settled in Anjou since 2016, Simon had produced his first vintage in 2018 from his 2 hectares of vines, in both Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc, mixed between young and old vines of more than 100 years old.
A natural vinification process, with only indigenous yeast, without sulfites and chemicals, following this trend of young winemakers in the Loire Valley, conscious about their work and driven by a strong commitment to produce top quality wines. Simon is mastering to ensure acidity and tension, cultivating all the cellaring potential of his wines.
A young talent, discrete yet who deserves all the appreciation and incarnating this new wave.

Au Rocher des Quarts Blanc
A lovely Chenin coming from a parcel located in Beaulieu-sur-Lauon, on a slope with an ideal exposure, with a soil mixture of clay, schists and volcanic rocks, typical from the area. Aged for one year in barrels.
Chenin
Blend of all the different parcels of Chenin Blanc, both young and old. Aged one year in 225 liters barrels, bottled without sulfur and filtration.
Cabernet Franc Blanc de Noirs
A unique white wine made of Cabernet Franc, the result of a direct press of the grapes. Fermented and aged 1 year in 400 liters barrels.
Miroir Rouge
Mostly made of old vines of massale selection of Cabernet Franc and others local red varieties, complanted on a parcel in Rablay-sur-Layon, producing very small yields, to ensure a great concentration. Macerated for 3 weeks in whole bunches.
