Domaine Robert-Denogent

Fuissé - Mâconnais

The Domaine dates back to the beginning of the XXth century, handled by the Robert-Denogent family ever since. Composed by several plots on the terroirs of Fuissé and Solutré-Pouilly of a total of 10 hectares today in both Chardonnay and Gamay, in addition to a 1.2 hectares of vines in Beaujolais owned by the Chauvet family and exploited by the Robert-Denogent.

As the family has always been closed to Marcel Lapierre, one of the master and pioneer of Beaujolais, sharing the same passion and care in the vineyard.

The wines are the result of a perfect timing of picking, slow extended elevage in barrels, with a quality and complexity that can compete with their famous Northern counterparts of Burgundy.

Today, the last generation is in charge, with Nicolas and Antoine.
